Electro Pneumatic valves replaces the grey manual witches, as used to gliders with a Turbo or self-launchers. The valves will be activated when opening the engine shutters.
Never again you will have a wrong indication on the vario or speedometer, when forgetting to activate or switch back off the switches.
Next to convenience, this product will increase your safety. Next to that, this product looks proper and no need for a large amount of tubes behind your instrumentpanel.
This solution has been applied to a lot of gliders. By now, this is a standard product applied on the Antares glider. Also other manufacterers are considering to apply this product on their gliders.
To built this in your glider, it is very easy. That also counts for the electrical connections. A diagram for connecting this to the Ilec instruments of SH/AS, but also for the DG/LS Dei, will be provided.
