Payment
We always strive to accommodate our customers' preferences as best as possible, including offering flexible payment options for orders. Below, you’ll find the available payment forms and methods.
Payment Forms
We offer three different payment forms:
- Payment in advance
- Payment when the order is ready to ship (or pick up) – You will receive a separate email. Recommended for large orders and/or parts with lead time.
- Payment on account – Available only for well-established customers.
Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods. Please note that some payment methods may incur transaction fees.
Online via Multisafepay:
- iDEAL – Free
- Bancontact/MisterCash – Free
- Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) – Free
- PayPal – 3% transaction fee
- Sofortbanking, Giropay, Belfius, EPS – Free
By Bank Transfer:
- Pre-payment by direct SEPA (bank transfer)
- On account by direct SEPA (only for well-known customers)
Orders placed via phone or email will receive payment details via email.
Cheque payments are not accepted.
Bank Information
We prefer payments via bank transfer (SEPA). All necessary details for bank transfers are provided on our invoices. Please note that we do not accept, share, or compensate for bank transfer costs (non-SEPA).
