In order to avoid hardware damage and data loss while the avionic batteries are being switched, the voltage applied to the avionics is monitored and, if a voltage drop is detected, the condensator will supply power for 500ms.
The dimensions correspond to the previously installed 47000 μF electrolytic capacitors and can therefore be retrofitted with little effort.
Therefore ideal to install over the Bat 1/ Bat 2 switch for example.
